Our consultancy is located in Patna, specifically in the Kankarbagh area. You can find us at House Number 62, just south of the Madhuvan Housing Complex in Block 2 of Kailashpuri. It’s a residential-feeling neighborhood, which makes coming to work feel a bit more relaxed than being in one of those crowded office towers downtown. We’ve been here for a while now and most of the neighbors know who we are. As a civil engineering consultancy, we spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints, maps, and technical drawings. The office is usually full of rolls of paper and various drafting tools scattered around. We aren't a big, slick firm with a marketing department or a receptionist. It's just a few of us who know our way around a construction plan and some soil reports. We talk to clients, visit local sites when we have to, and spend the rest of the time doing calculations at our desks. Patna is a busy, growing city, and Kankarbagh has changed a lot over the years. We’ve seen the new buildings go up right from our doorstep. We don't use any complicated jargon when we talk to people; we just explain what needs to be done for the project to work properly. It’s an honest way to make a living. Our setup is simple because we don't need much more than a quiet place to think and get our work done. That’s pretty much the long and short of who we are.
