You can find Glato Foodgrains Private Limited up on the 6th floor of the Adharshila Complex. We are in room 410. It’s right near the RBI and South Gandhi Maidan in Patna. It’s a pretty central location, which makes it easy for us to get around. The building is usually full of people going to different offices. We don’t have a fancy storefront since we are way up on the sixth floor. We mostly deal with foodgrains and all the administrative stuff that comes with it. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. The view from the window is okay, but we are usually too busy to look. We aren't a big corporate entity with a bunch of rules. We just do our work and try to keep things moving. Dealing with grains means we have to pay attention to the seasons and the market. It’s just a few of us here. We don’t use any marketing tricks to get customers. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they know the building. Gandhi Maidan is always busy, so there’s always something happening outside. We like being in the middle of Patna. It feels like we are part of the city’s pulse. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a living, and it keeps us busy every day.
