Fusion Eventz

Fusion Eventz is located on the ground floor of Kamlalaye Shobha Plaza, specifically at unit 05. It’s a decent spot for us because we’re constantly moving gear in and out for different functions. If you’ve ever tried to plan a wedding or a birthday party, you know how much of a headache the small details can be. That’s basically what we do all day. We deal with the caterers, the decorators, and the sound guys so you don’t have to get stressed out. It’s not always glamorous work. A lot of it is just making sure chairs arrive on time and that the lights don't flicker during the speeches. We’ve had days where things go wrong at the last minute, but we’ve learned how to stay calm and just find a solution. We aren't some massive event firm with a hundred employees in suits. We’re just a small team that knows how to get things organized. Our office at Shobha Plaza is where we sit down with families to figure out what they need. It’s usually covered in fabric samples or old event schedules. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just tell you what’s possible with your budget and try to make it happen. It’s hard work, but seeing a party come together makes the long hours feel worth it. We just try to get the job done right every time.
