We are located at Number 9, Leela Mansion, right on Raj Bhawan Road in the Civil Lines area. It is a bit more central than some of the farms we work with. We deal with agrofoods, which basically means we handle the stuff that comes off the farm before it gets to the kitchen. It’s a small operation. We don't have hundreds of employees or a massive warehouse. It’s just a few of us trying to bridge the gap between the growers and the market. The building is an old one, and our office is pretty lived-in. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who bring in their produce. It gets busy during harvest time, and then we are all hands on deck. We don't have any fancy brochures or a PR team. Most of our business comes from people we have known for years. We just try to be fair and get things moved quickly so nothing goes to waste. Food is a tricky business because it doesn't stay fresh forever. We have to be on our toes. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them right away. It’s just a normal job for us. We show up, see what needs to be moved, and get to it. We don’t overthink things. We just want to keep the food moving and the business running smoothly for everyone involved. That’s what we do every single day.
