F3 Designs - Architecture & Interior Design Lab

We have this small design lab set up right near Dakbunglow Chowk, located on Jamal Road. It is a very busy spot right in the heart of Patna. We call the place F3 Designs. Most of the time, our small team is busy with architecture and interior work. It is not a fancy studio like you see on TV, just a simple place where we sit and work on our drawings. We have a lot of different samples lying around the room, like wood pieces, stones, and paint chips. It can get quite messy when we are right in the middle of a big project. We don't like to use a lot of technical jargon when we are talking to people about their homes. We just want to understand what they actually need for their living space or office. Being located at Dakbunglow Road means we see almost everyone passing by at some point. It is a good, central place for a local business to be. My team is quite small, just a few people who really know how to read a floor plan. We spend a lot of our time visiting different sites around the city to make sure things are going okay. It is hard work, and sometimes things don't go exactly as we planned, but we always figure it out eventually. We aren't into those glossy, expensive brochures. We just show people what we have actually finished nearby. It's a plain office for real, hardworking people.
