Esoteric Homes Privtae Limited is located in Sheikhpura, which is a pretty central part of Patna in the New Capital area. Our office is C/O Rakesh Kumar. If you know Sheikhpura, you know it is always bustling with cars and people going to work. The location is quite convenient because it’s near many of the main government buildings and shops. We have a small office where we do all our real estate business. It’s not very big, just enough space for a couple of desks and some filing cabinets. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting people who want to buy or sell something in this part of town. The New Capital area is always in demand, so we stay pretty occupied with different tasks. We don’t have a flashy website or a lot of workers, just a few of us who know the area well. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the noise from the street coming inside, but we don’t mind it much. We deal with whatever property issues come our way, from small flats to larger plots. It’s a very simple operation without any corporate layers. We just sit here, drink our tea, and talk to people about the houses around Sheikhpura. That is how we have been doing things for a while now in Patna. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it works fine for us.
