Out here in the Patliputra Industrial Area, things start early. En Dairy Products is located at N.S.A.-A, which is part of the larger industrial layout in Patna. It’s not the quietest place to work, with trucks coming in and out all the time, but it’s where we need to be. We handle a lot of the day-to-day dairy operations right here. The heat in Bihar can be tough in the summer, especially when you’re dealing with perishable stuff, so we have to keep a close eye on everything. We aren't a big flashy company, just a group of people making sure the milk and other products get processed right. The floors are usually wet from cleaning, and there’s always the smell of fresh dairy in the air. We’ve been in Patna for a good bit now. Most of us live nearby or commute from the main city. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. If you came by, you’d just see us in our work clothes, probably checking the temperatures or loading up a delivery van. It’s honest work. Sometimes the machinery acts up, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing things, but that’s just how it goes in a factory. We focus on the daily routine and try to keep things moving steadily without too much fuss. It's not a fancy office, but it gets the job done for us and the locals.
