Deepak Broker

Deepak Broker is located on the India Kung Main Road, right across from the Railway Colony in Kankarbagh. This part of Patna is always buzzing with activity because of the railway families living nearby. We’ve been working from this office for quite a few years now. Being a broker here means you talk to a lot of different people every day. Some are looking for a place to stay, others want to sell something, and we just try to connect the dots. It is not a glamorous job. There is a lot of walking around and checking on properties or meeting clients at odd hours. Our office is a simple space with some chairs and a desk covered in papers. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just find us because they know the location or someone told them about us. Living and working near the Railway Colony, you get used to the sound of the trains and the general busyness of the main road. We keep a ledger of what’s available and who is looking for what. It’s an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in town. We just do our work, take our commissions, and go home. Every day brings a different person with a different need. We listen, we check our notes, and we see what can be done. It’s just how things are done in this neighborhood.
