We work out of Village-Shekheona in Bihar. It is a very different setting than what you might expect for a consultancy firm. We are right in the heart of the village. It is a quiet place where everybody knows each other's business. We have a small office that serves as our main base for all the work we do around the state. It is a simple setup with just the basics. We don't have high-speed elevators or a fancy lobby. We just have a few rooms where we sit and go over plans and figures. Being in Bihar, we deal with a lot of local challenges. The roads can be rough and the power goes out sometimes, but we just keep going. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big sales team. We are just a group of people who understand how things need to be built and managed in this part of the country. People from the nearby villages often stop by to talk or ask about projects. We like being part of the local community here in Shekheona. It is an honest way to live and work. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We just take on the consulting jobs and try to be helpful to the people who hire us. It is a slow and steady life out here in the village and we prefer it that way.
