Crossroad Logistics

We started Crossroad Logistics here in Patna City, specifically in the Bagh Kalu Khan area. Our place is right near the U Pchool, which is how most people find their way to us. It’s a lively part of Patna, and being here keeps us right in the thick of things. We handle a variety of logistics tasks, mostly focusing on getting goods moved through the city and to the surrounding regions. Our office isn't fancy at all. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down, handle the phone calls, and keep our logs updated. The streets around Bagh Kalu Khan can be pretty narrow and crowded, so it takes some skill to navigate the transport side of things. We have a small team of people who know the local geography well. We don't use a lot of big words or corporate jargon when we talk to people. We just tell you what’s happening with your shipment. Sometimes there are delays because of traffic or weather, and we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on top of the drivers. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a steady one that people in Patna can talk to directly. If you’re near the school, you can usually see us around, either loading up or working on the next set of orders. We just do our thing.
