Crazy Cup Soda

Down in Village Mithapur, which is part of the Phulwari tehsil in Patna, you’ll find Crazy Cup Soda. We are located near the Maurya Hotel, so it’s a bit of a mix between the village feel and the busier hotel area. Our setup is pretty simple. We spend most of the day mixing things and making sure the bottles are ready. Patna gets really hot in the summer months, so everyone is looking for something cold. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s just our workspace in Mithapur. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend an afternoon fixing them ourselves. It’s not always pretty, and the floor usually has some water on it from the washing. We’ve been at this for a while now. The people around here know us by name, and we know them. It’s a local thing. We don’t use those big fancy words to describe what we do. We just make soda and try to keep things moving. The village roads can be a bit narrow, so getting supplies in and out takes some patience. There’s always someone stopping by for a chat while we work. It’s a small operation, just a few of us handling the daily tasks. We stay busy from morning till the sun goes down, just trying to keep the crates filled. It's a lot of repetitive work but we don't mind. The Maurya Hotel is a good landmark if you are lost.
