Cool Touch Properties is located on Road Number 2 in the Vrindawan Colony, which is over in Phulwari, Patna. We’re pretty close to the Walmi building, so that’s a good landmark to use. Surendra Kumar is the guy in charge here. The name might sound a bit fancy, but the office is as simple as it gets. It’s mostly just a place for us to keep our files and meet with people who are looking for a new spot to live. Phulwari is a busy part of town, and the traffic on the main road can be a real pain sometimes. Inside the office, we’ve got a couple of desks and a fridge that makes a weird humming sound all afternoon. We spend our days looking at property listings and talking to owners. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of walking around in the heat and trying to explain things to people who are nervous about buying land. We don't have any big promises to make. We just show you what we have on the books and help with the paperwork if you decide to go ahead with it. The neighborhood is mostly families, so we see a lot of the same faces every day. We’ve been at this for a while and we just take things as they come. It’s just how we do business here in Phulwari.
