Chunmun General Store

Chunmun General Store is a small place located in the Bahadurpur Bagicha area of Rajendranagar in Patna. We are quite close to the railway crossing, so you can always hear the trains passing by throughout the day and night. It’s a residential neighborhood, and most of the people who come to us live in the nearby houses. We stock the usual things like biscuits, cooking oil, matches, and washing powder. It’s not a big supermarket, just a local shop where you can get things quickly without much fuss. The area around the railway crossing can get quite busy when the gates are closed and people are waiting. Sometimes they pop in to grab a bottle of water or a pack of gum while they wait. We’ve been here for quite some time and the shop has become a bit of a landmark for the locals. It isn't a fancy setup; the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint and the shelves are a bit old. But we keep everything organized as best as we can. My family helps out with running the place, so there is usually someone here from early morning until late evening. We don't have any big goals other than keeping the shelves full and helping our neighbors get what they need for their kitchens. It is just a simple, honest way to make a living in Patna.
