We operate out of Pandey Kothi in Yarpur, Patna. It’s actually at Digvijay Pandey’s place. We spend our time on building towers, mostly for mobile networks. It’s a lot of outdoor work, being out in the heat and making sure the steel gets bolted together correctly. Patna is a busy place, and the site work keeps us on our toes. We have a small crew that travels around the region. The office in Yarpur is where we keep the blueprints and the heavy equipment schedules. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a practical hub for our builders and technicians. We spend most of our time out in the field rather than sitting behind desks. The weather in Bihar can be tough on the construction schedule, especially during the rains. We’ve had to learn how to work around the seasons. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and careful planning. We don’t talk much about visions or goals, we just talk about where the next tower needs to go and if we have enough cement for the base. Most of the guys have been doing this for years and know the drill. We just get the towers up so people can use their phones. It’s honest work and it keeps the team busy year-round. We’re just a bunch of workers doing our bit in the city. There is always some new project happening somewhere nearby.
