Our office is located care of Shri Hari Narayan Singh in Kautilya Nagar, over in North L.B.S. Nagar here in Patna. It is a bit of a residential feel around here, which we like. We handle the Cera sanitaryware distribution and sales from this location. It is not a massive corporate office, just a solid place where we get work done. Patna is a busy city and things can get chaotic, but we try to keep our little corner organized. We have all the usual bathroom stuff like commodes, washbasins, and different kinds of faucets. We spend a lot of our time talking to local builders and people from the neighborhood who are doing up their bathrooms. We do not have a fancy marketing team or anything like that. It is just us. We have learned that being straight with people is the best way to go. If we have it, we will show it to you. If we do not, we will see when we can get it. It is a very grounded way of doing business. The heat in Patna can be something else, but we keep the fans going and stay busy with the inventory. It is a simple, local operation and we have been part of the landscape here for a good while. Just real people selling practical things for everyday homes. We do not need much more than that to be satisfied with the day.
