We are based in Patna, specifically in Keshri Nagar at the Bank Colony. Our office is near Baba Chock, at the home of Piyush Kumar. It’s a very local, personal setup here in Bihar, 800024. We don’t have a big glass front or a neon sign. It’s more like a community office where people feel comfortable dropping by. Since we are in a colony, it’s mostly residential around us. You’ll see neighbors out walking and kids coming home from school. We work from here every day, handling the insurance paperwork and talking to people about their needs. It isn't a high-pressure environment. We take our time to explain things clearly without using big confusing words. Sometimes we sit out on the porch when the weather is nice to have a quick break. The house is a bit old, but it’s sturdy and it serves us well. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while now. Most people know who we are and where to find us if they have a question. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to stay organized. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us and it works for the folks in Keshri Nagar. It’s all about just being there for people when they decide to stop by and talk.
