Caidbery Ice Cream

Caidbery Ice Cream is run right out of Patna, Bihar. We have been serving the local community here for a while, mostly focusing on getting our cold treats out to the shops and families nearby. Patna gets incredibly hot during the summer months, so our freezers are always working overtime. We have a small production area where we mix the flavors and get everything ready for the day. It is a messy job sometimes, with milk and sugar everywhere, but we clean up every evening before we head home. We started this because we saw how much people in Bihar love a good dessert when the sun is beating down. We don't have a massive factory; it is more of a local operation where everyone knows each other. Our delivery van is a common sight on the roads here, navigating through the Patna traffic to make sure the ice cream doesn't melt before it reaches its destination. We use simple ingredients and don't try to get too fancy with the flavors. Most of our workers are from the nearby neighborhoods, and we have a good time while we work, even when it is busy. We just want to keep the freezers full and the local kids happy when they see our name. It is a straightforward business, built on hard work and staying cool in the heat.
