We set up our office in the Chandrakanta Apartment a few years back. Boring Road is always crowded, so getting here can be a bit of a headache during rush hour in Sitapura. We handle a lot of different computer stuff. Mostly people come to us when their laptops aren't acting right or they need some software help. It is not a large place, just a few desks and some cables everywhere. We try to keep things organized, but when we have five or six machines open at once, it gets messy fast. Sometimes parts take a few days to arrive, and we have to tell people to wait. We aren't a big corporation with a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever isn't buried in a motherboard at that moment. We've seen a lot of changes in technology since we started, but the basic problems stay the same. People just want their gear to work. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things that don't make sense at first. It keeps us busy. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the entrance of the apartment building. We are usually here until late evening trying to finish up the day's repairs. It's just a regular job for us, and we do our best with what we have. Computers can be frustrating, and we understand that well.
