Our office is tucked away on the third floor of the Aashtha Building. If you know the Boring Road Chauraha, you know how hectic it gets down there with the cars and the people everywhere. We are right in the middle of that mess. The Mis Mandle Compound has a few different businesses, and we have been in this particular spot for some time. There isn't an elevator that works all the time, so we usually just take the stairs, which keeps us moving. The rooms are filled with old wooden desks and stacks of papers that we try to keep organized. It’s not the quietest place because of the traffic noise coming up from the street, but you get used to it after a week or two. There are about five or six of us here on a normal day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing things out. Mustufa is usually around or out meeting people. We keep a kettle in the corner for making tea when it rains or when we just need a break. It's an old building, so the walls have some marks and the wiring is a bit visible in places. We don’t really bother with decorating much. We just focus on getting through the files and making sure the agency stuff is handled. It’s a decent place to work if you don't mind the climb and the sound of horns through the window all afternoon.
