You’ll find us at 12 Adarsh Colony, in the New Capital area of Patna. Birdls Welfare Foundation isn’t a commercial business. We don’t sell anything and we aren’t looking to make a profit. We started this because we saw a lot of things in our community that needed fixing. Our office is just a simple building where we gather to plan our next projects. It’s a quiet street, which helps us focus on the work at hand. We spend a lot of time talking to local families and seeing what kind of help is actually needed. It’s not about big gestures; it’s about practical stuff that makes a difference. We don’t have a huge budget, so we have to be very careful with how we use our resources. Most of us are just regular people from the neighborhood who wanted to do something useful. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. People usually hear about our work through word of mouth. Sometimes it’s exhausting, and it feels like there’s too much to do, but we just keep at it. We don't have a formal corporate structure. It’s more like a group of friends working together. We’ve had some tough times getting things started, but we’ve managed to stay open for a few years now. We just want to be a helpful presence here in Patna.
