Bellycare Dine & Supply Private Limited

Our business is located at 4/1219 in Keshri Nagar, at the home of Smt Saroj Srivastava. It’s a quiet residential area compared to the main city center. We started Bellycare Dine & Supply because we saw a need for better food supply options in our neighborhood and the surrounding parts of Patna. It isn't a big commercial building; it is a regular house where we have set up our small office. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy, but we don't mind. We spend most of our time coordinating between different kitchens and people who need food delivered. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes the delivery boys get lost in the narrow lanes of Keshri Nagar. We have to call them and guide them over the phone. We don't have any polished slogans or a big marketing budget. We just use our own phones and a few notebooks to keep things running. It is mostly family members and a few friends helping out. We deal with the usual problems like power cuts and slow internet, but we always find a way to get the work done. It is a small-scale operation and we like keeping it that way because we can talk to our customers directly. We aren't experts in business, we are just learning as we go and trying to make sure everyone gets their food on time without too much trouble.
