Balaji Dental Clinic

Our dental clinic is located at House Number 7 on Road Number 4 in Srikrishna Nagar. It’s a quiet enough street for Patna, but it still has its busy moments. We’ve set up shop in a residential-looking building, so it feels more like a home than a sterile office. We have the basic dental equipment in the back rooms and a small area up front for people to sit while they wait. It isn't a huge place, but it is enough for what we do. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or any corporate branding. It’s just us. We handle everything from simple cleaning to more involved dental work. Sometimes we have to tell people to wait a bit if we are finishing up with someone else. We don't use any scripts when we talk to patients. We just tell them what we see and what needs to be done. It’s a very direct way of doing things. The neighborhood has changed over the years, but we’ve stayed right here on Road No 4. Most of our patients come from the nearby houses and apartments. We just keep our heads down and do the work. There aren't any fancy missions or vision statements on our walls. Just a calendar and some charts. We like keeping things simple and practical for everyone. It's just a regular part of our day-to-day lives in this part of Patna.
