We call ourselves Avlokan Fooding Private Limited. You can find us at the White House, which is House Number 9. This is in the Hanuman Nagar area, specifically Kailashpuri. It’s in Kankarbagh, Patna. Pankaj Kumar is the one who handles the main things here. We have a small team working in this building. It’s a bit of a busy street, especially during the middle of the day. We do all our food business from this location. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local outfit trying to make things work. The office isn't very big, so we have to be careful about where we put all the boxes and papers. Sometimes the electricity goes out, but we just wait for it to come back and keep going. Patna is a fast-paced place, and Kankarbagh is one of the busiest parts. We have been here for a bit now and we like the location because it's close to the markets. We don't have a website that’s all polished or anything. We just deal with people directly or over the phone. Pankaj is usually around if there’s a problem to solve. It’s a lot of work, but we just stay focused on the tasks we have for the day. We don’t really do fancy meetings. We just talk over tea and get back to the kitchen or the desk.
