We’re based out of Patna on Bank Road. You can find us on the first floor right beside Masjid Wasiuddin. Mr. Raza is usually around the office if you need to talk to someone about a project. The office is in a very busy part of the city, so there’s always noise from the street traffic and people passing by. We work on development projects around here. It’s not a high-end corporate suite, just a regular office with some chairs and a desk where we do our thinking. We spend a lot of our time looking over site plans and talking to people about land issues. The building we’re in is an older one, but it’s easy for people to find once they get to Bank Road. We don't really have a big marketing plan or anything. Most people just know us because we’ve been here beside the masjid for quite a while now. We usually have tea together in the late afternoon while we talk about the progress of the construction work. Sometimes it’s a bit disorganized with all the papers and maps, but we know where everything is kept. It’s a very local way of doing things. We just try to be honest with the folks we deal with and get the construction done without too much fuss. It’s a small group of us and we just take things one day at a time. We enjoy being in this part of Patna and helping the city grow.
