Apna Tour & Travels Pvt. Ltd. has its office on Birla Mandir Road in Bankipur, Patna. We are located right opposite Hindustan Medical, so if you find the pharmacy, you have found us. The area is quite central and there is always a lot of foot traffic. Our office isn't very large, but we have managed to fit in everything we need to run our travel business. We have a few desks where we sit and handle the bookings. There are always stacks of forms and brochures sitting around. The walls have a few posters of different places, though they are getting a bit faded now. We spend most of our hours answering phones and checking computer screens for ticket availability. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. People from the neighborhood often drop in just to ask about prices or to confirm their travel dates. We try to keep things moving as quickly as we can. It is a typical Patna office vibe—a bit cluttered but we know where everything is. The noise from the main road is constant, but you stop noticing it after an hour or two. We are just a group of people working together to help others with their trips.
