Anuradha General Store

This is Anuradha General Store and we are located in the building of Satyanarayan Yadav. If you are in the Punaichak area of Patna, you probably know the Main Pump House, which is the big landmark near us. Our zip code is 800023. This shop is just a small part of the neighborhood where people come by to grab things they forgot to buy earlier. We have been in this building for some time and Satyanarayan Yadav is the owner of the structure. It’s a busy part of town but we like it here. The pump house makes it easy for delivery people to find where we are. We don’t really do much advertising or anything fancy like that. Most of our days are spent just organizing the stock and talking to the folks who live in the houses around Punaichak. It can get dusty on the road sometimes, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the glass and the counters. The store isn't very big, but we try to use the space well. People around here know us by name and we know them. It's a simple life running a general store in Patna. We open the shutters in the morning and close them late at night once the street gets quiet. There is always something to do, whether it's counting the change or checking what needs to be ordered for the next week. We just keep things moving along day by day and hope everyone finds what they need.
