If you are walking down Khazanchi Road in Patna, you’ll find us in Dharara Koti Lane. This area is famous for all the bookstores and students, so it feels right for us to be here in Naya Tola. The lane is quite narrow, and it can get a bit crowded with all the cycles and people walking by. Our tuition center is in a simple building that doesn't look like much from the outside. Inside, we have set up several rows of benches. We don't have air conditioning, just the regular ceiling fans that we keep running all day. The walls are covered with some old maps and charts that have started to yellow at the edges. It’s a very basic setup because we think that’s all you really need to study. We spend a lot of our time just sitting with the students and going over their homework. There isn't a lot of bureaucracy here. If a student has a problem, they just come and talk to us directly. Bankipur is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise from the main road, but once you get into the lane, it quietens down a bit. We’ve been here for years, and we’ve seen a lot of kids grow up and move on to college. It’s just a regular part of our daily life in Patna. We keep things going and try to make sure every student has a seat.
