Down here in Bangaon, specifically at Kujraon, is where you’ll find Ambikaji Food And Beverage Private Limited. We’re based at Arun Kumar Singh’s place. It’s a simple enough setup for a food and beverage business. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass windows. It’s mostly just practical space for what we need to do. Life in Bangaon is pretty steady. We spend our mornings getting things ready and the afternoons usually involve more of the same. It’s a local thing. We know the people around here and they know us. There isn’t much to say about our history other than we decided to start this up to see where it would go. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. The roads are what they are, sometimes they’re fine and sometimes they’re a mess. We just work around it. We don’t really do the whole marketing thing. If people need us, they find us. We’re just focusing on the day-to-day stuff. Making sure the orders are right and the beverages are where they need to be is basically the whole job. It’s not complicated, just regular work for regular people. We’ve been here for a bit now and we plan to stay. It’s a good enough spot for us. Sometimes we sit out front when the weather is nice. We don't have many employees, just a few local hands helping out. It feels like a small family here. We just take it day by day.
