Machhattachowk is our home base, specifically at number 26 in Madhubani. We've been operating Akone Exim from this spot for a while now. It’s not some fancy corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a practical space where we get the work done. We handle a lot of different goods coming in and out of the region. Trading and logistics can be a real headache sometimes, especially when shipments get delayed or the paperwork doesn't line up. We spend most of our mornings on the phone with suppliers and the afternoons checking on the inventory. It’s a busy life here in Bihar, and the heat in the summer doesn’t make it any easier. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished mission statement. We just try to keep things moving and make sure our partners get what they need. Most of our business comes from people we’ve known for years. Word travels fast in a place like this. Sometimes we make mistakes, maybe a typo on a form or a missed call, but we always try to fix it quickly. It’s just a handful of us working hard every day. We know the local market inside out. If you walk past the chowk, you’ll probably see us hauling boxes or arguing with a driver about a delivery time. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
