We're located right in Meena Bazar over in Patna. Most people know the area because it's always busy around here. Ajk Realestate Private Limited is basically just a small team of us working from the Sri Kaushal Kishore Urf Kaushal Viruaa Chak spot. We spend most of our days dealing with paperwork and talking to folks who walk in off the street. It’s not a fancy setup. We mostly focus on what’s happening here in the city. Some days are quieter than others, but that’s just how it goes in real estate. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit lately. Dealing with property around Patna-800008 means we get to meet a lot of different neighbors. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that, just this place in Meena Bazar. Usually, there’s tea going and someone is looking over a map or a contract. We just try to get the work done right so people don't have to worry too much about the details. It can be a lot of back and forth with the local land records and things, but it’s what we do. If you’re around the market area, you’ve probably walked past us. We keep things pretty simple here. No big speeches or complicated processes. Just real estate work in a busy part of Patna. It's a decent place to work and we know the streets around here pretty well by now.
