Advanced Bone & Joint Clinic

If you head down East Boring Canal Road, you’ll find the Advanced Bone & Joint Clinic. We are right near the Panchmukhi Hanuman Mandir, which is the easiest way to give directions. The canal road can be a bit of a mess with construction sometimes, but the clinic is a steady place once you get inside. We deal with a lot of aching knees and stiff backs. Most of our patients are older folks from the neighborhood who find it hard to get around like they used to. We have some benches in the waiting area that are easier to get out of than soft sofas. The floor is just plain tile and the walls have a few posters about bones. It’s not a high-tech looking place, but we have what we need to check out joints and figure out why someone is limping. The bells from the Mandir can be heard during the morning and evening prayers, which is actually quite nice. We don't do much advertising; we just stay busy with the people who live nearby. Sometimes the wait is a bit long if a complicated case comes in, but people are generally patient. We just take it day by day, helping people walk a little better and manage their pain without making it a big complicated production.
