Advance Homoeo Care & Research Clinic

If you know Boring Road, you know how the traffic can get near Mainpura. Our place, Advance Homoeo Care & Research Clinic, is right on the main road, opposite Gate No 40. It is a busy spot. You can hear the horns honking all day long while we are inside looking at charts. We do a mix of seeing patients and looking into research, so there are always stacks of papers and old books lying around the office. It isn’t the tidiest place, but we know where everything is. The entrance is a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. People from Rajapur and all over Patna end up here eventually. We spend a lot of time explaining that homeopathy doesn't work overnight. Some people get it, some people don't. We have a small bench outside for when the waiting room gets too full, which happens more often than you'd think on Mondays. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to shut down for a day to get it done. It’s just a regular clinic where we talk to people about their chronic problems. No fancy gadgets or anything, just us and our bottles of remedies. It feels like a part of the neighborhood, and that is fine by us.
