Our place is called Hira Niketan, and you can find it in Ashok Nagar, Kankarbagh. We are on Road Number 14, house 13A/22. Kankarbagh is one of the busiest parts of Patna, so there is never a quiet moment around here. Being a chaiwaala business means we are right in the middle of all that activity. We have tea and snacks and it's usually quite a lively scene. The atmosphere is just what you would expect from a local spot in Bihar. It is loud, a bit chaotic, and people are always coming and going. We don't have a polished corporate image. Our furniture is simple and our walls are just walls. We focus on the tea and making sure people have a place to sit for a minute. The staff here are mostly local guys who know how to handle the rush. Sometimes the tea runs out faster than we expect, and we have to scramble to make more. That's just how it goes. We don't use any fancy mission statements. We are just here to provide tea in a neighborhood that really likes its tea. The morning rush is the most intense, but we also get a lot of people in the evening when they are heading home from work. It is a busy life in Patna, and we are just happy to have a spot where we can do our thing every day. Every cup of tea tells a story of the people who stop by.
