Zivot

Zivot is located at Multani Tower on Patiala Road, which is near the Patiala Lights in Zirakpur, Mohali. We also have a presence at 33 Deputy Ganj in Sadar Bazaar, New Delhi. It is a bit of a stretch between the two locations, but we manage to keep things running. In Zirakpur, the office is in a tallish building and we see all the traffic heading towards Patiala from the windows. It’s a fast-growing area with lots of new construction and dust everywhere. Then there is the Delhi spot in Sadar Bazaar, which is the complete opposite. It is narrow, extremely crowded, and very old. We go back and forth between these places to keep the business moving. We do a lot of different things, but it’s mostly just keeping the wheels turning and making sure things get where they need to go. The staff in Zirakpur have a bit more space to move around, while the Delhi office is very tight. We are just regular people trying to make a living. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything like that. We just talk to each other and figure things out as they come up. Some days are stressful with the travel and the logistics of being in two different cities, but we are used to it now. It is a practical business without any extra polish. We just show up at the tower or the bazaar and get to work every morning without much fuss.
