Unique Architects

Unique Architects is located in the Leela Bhawan Complex at SCO-51. We are up on the first floor in what used to be an S.C.F. unit. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful coming up. The office is full of drafting boards and computer screens. It’s not the neatest place you’ve ever seen. We have blueprints and drawings scattered across almost every flat surface. That’s just how we work. We are a small group and we’ve been together in this space for a long time. We don’t have a big reception desk or a waiting room with magazines. If you come in, you’ll probably see us right away at our desks. The complex is usually quite busy, so there is a lot of coming and going. We like being here because it’s easy to get what we need, whether it’s supplies or just a quick lunch. We don’t spend our time making fancy presentations or using marketing talk. We just show people our work and explain things in plain English. Most of our days are spent measuring, drawing, and checking over details. It is practical work and we take it one project at a time. We’ve been at SCO-51 for years and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It’s just where we do our thing.
