Singla Smriti Architect

You can find Singla Smriti Architect at 46, Mohindra Complex. It’s a typical office complex with a lot of different businesses around us. Our space is filled with rolls of paper and various drawing tools. It’s a bit cramped because we have so many files from over the years. We spend a lot of time hunched over our desks working on designs. It’s quiet work mostly, punctuated by the occasional phone call or someone dropping by for a meeting. We’ve been at Mohindra Complex for a good while now. The building is okay, it has an elevator that works most of the time. We know the security guards and the people in the offices next door. We don't really do any big marketing. Most people just see our name on the directory or hear about us from someone else. We like to keep things low-key. The lighting in the office could be better, but we have lamps for our desks. It’s a practical environment for an architect. We don't have any awards on the walls or fancy furniture. It’s just a place where work happens. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. That’s just the nature of what we do. 46 Mohindra Complex is where we put in the hours and try to get the sketches right. It’s a steady job and we’re glad to be here. We usually head out for lunch at a small shop nearby.
