Rajindra Hospital

It is a bit of a different setup here for Rajindra Hospital since we are operating out of Room No. 101 in the Doctors Hostel. It is not like a big standalone building with a grand entrance. Instead, you have to find your way into the hostel and look for our room. It can be a little confusing for people the first time they visit, but they usually find us okay. The hallway outside is often busy with other doctors and students moving around. Inside Room 101, we have squeezed in everything we need to see patients. It is a tight fit, but we have made it work over time. There is a desk, a couple of chairs, and our medical supplies are kept in some metal cupboards against the wall. Because it is a hostel, the atmosphere is a bit more casual than a big hospital ward. You hear people talking in the corridors and the sound of doors closing nearby. We spend our days checking on people and writing out notes. It is a very practical way to run things. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. If you need us, you just come to the door and knock. It is honest work and we are right there in the middle of where the medical staff live and work. It is a busy little corner of the building where we just get on with our tasks.
