Raj Phulkari Handicrafts & Fashion Designer is run out of House No. 505 on Street No. 4 in Tripuri Town. We are right on the dispensary road, specifically the 43-F section, across from the O.B.C Bank. It’s a residential area mostly, so it feels very quiet compared to the main markets in Patiala. We work from home because it allows us to take our time with the embroidery and the designs. Phulkari takes a lot of patience and we’ve been doing it this way for years. Our neighbors know us well. When you walk in, you’ll see stacks of cloth and thread everywhere. It’s not a polished store with mannequins. It’s a real workshop where things get made by hand. We do some fashion designing too, mostly traditional styles that people around here like. The bank opposite us is a good landmark if you’re trying to find Street No. 4. We don't have set hours like a mall would. Usually, if the lights are on, someone is here to help you. It’s just a family-run thing. We don't spend money on marketing or big displays. We just rely on the work we do. If you need a suit or some traditional handicraft work, this is where we do it all. Most people just call ahead to make sure we are around before they stop by.
