Rai Robin Architect

Rai Robin Architect is tucked away at H.No.249, St.No.9, Anand Nagar-B. We are right near Bts Public School in Tripuri, so you can often hear the kids playing during recess. It’s a local operation, run out of this house-turned-office. We’ve been doing architecture stuff here for quite a while. It’s not a formal place. You’ll probably see a bicycle out front or some files stacked on the porch. We spend our time drawing up plans for houses and small buildings around the city. It’s a lot of sitting at the desk and staring at computer screens or paper. We don't have a team of people in suits. It’s just us. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet for two days straight. We just take things as they come. Being near the school makes it easy for people to find us. We don't do anything too fancy. We just make sure the walls are in the right place and the roof won't leak. It’s practical work. We like being part of the Anand Nagar-B community. Most of our clients are just regular people looking to build a home or fix up an old one. We just do the drawings and help them through the process without making it complicated. It's just a small shop trying to do things the right way.
