We've been at House No. 32 in Upkar Nagar for a long time. This is Ashok Kumar Bansal’s place, which sits right by the factory area in Patiala. It is a pretty busy spot, but that works fine for us. We handle a lot of the engineering work that comes through this part of Punjab. Most days it is just us getting through the orders and checking that everything looks right before it leaves. The shop isn't fancy at all. It is mostly just tools and people who know how to use them correctly. Sometimes the tea runs out or a machine acts up, but we just fix it and keep going. People know us around here because we have stayed in this same neighborhood for years. We aren't trying to be one of those giant companies you see on the news. We are just local folks doing the work that needs doing. You can find us easily if you know where the Upkar Nagar area is. The gate is usually open during the day so anyone can walk in. We don’t have a big reception desk or anyone wearing a suit. If you come by, you will likely see someone with grease on their hands. That is just how the day goes for us. We take things as they come. It is quiet in the mornings before the machines start. Patiala is a good place to be based. We just do our bit and go home.
