Our office is at Booth 89, right across from the Mini Secretariat in Patiala. It is a small space, but it works for what we do. We handle both imports and exports. The name Patwari Sanouri International Import And Export Company is quite long, but we are just a few folks working in a booth. Because we are near the secretariat, there are always people moving around outside. It can be a bit distracting, but it also means we are close to where a lot of the official stuff happens. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you just walk right in. We spend our time checking shipping rates and making sure the labels are correct. It’s not the kind of job that is very exciting, but it is steady. We have some old ledgers and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We don’t use any polished marketing talk here. We just tell you what the situation is with your shipment. Sometimes things get stuck at the port, and we have to spend hours on the phone to sort it out. That is just how the business goes. We have a small fan that keeps us cool in the summer. It is a simple setup. We are just local people doing our daily work in Patiala.
