PARAS SPINTEX LLP

Paras Spintex LLP is set up on the Main Road in Dardi Colony, right along Patiala Road. We operate out of a space owned by Surinder Kumar, who is the son of Babu Ram. It’s a very local, family-oriented feel here. We are an LLP, so it’s a partnership of people who just want to work in the spinning industry. Patiala Road is a busy stretch, and being in Dardi Colony puts us right where a lot of the action is. We don't have a giant corporate headquarters. Instead, we have a functional space where we manage our spinning operations. It’s often a bit noisy because of the traffic outside and the work going on inside. We aren't big on using fancy business terms or having a polished public image. We just handle the day-to-day tasks of running the business. Some of us have been doing this for years, and we know the local area very well. We see the same neighbors every day and we like that familiar feeling. The work can be tiring, and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, but we just deal with it and move on to the next task. It’s a practical way of doing things. We don't have any missions or visions written on the walls. We just have our machines and our orders and a desire to keep the business going in a sensible way. That is how we work every day on Patiala Road.
