Ortus Infrastructure Private Limited is on the second floor of SCO-139 in Chhotti Baradari, Patiala. This is a well-known area in the city and it is usually quite busy with people visiting the various offices and shops nearby. Being on the second floor means we have a bit of a view of the street, but it also means a lot of stairs every day. Patiala-147001 is where we have our roots and we do most of our infrastructure work around this region. The office is usually full of people talking about budgets or looking at site photos. We handle the planning and management of various building projects from this single location. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we like the energy of the place. Chhotti Baradari has a lot of good spots for lunch, so we often end up talking shop over a meal. We aren't into big corporate presentations. We usually just show people what we are working on using a laptop or some printed sheets. It’s a very direct way of doing business. The infrastructure world can be complicated with all the rules and regulations, so we spend a lot of time just making sure the paperwork is correct. It is a solid, everyday business and we are happy to be part of the Patiala community.
