Octagon Buildwell Llp is located at number 20 in Gurmat Colony. We are tucked away near the Guru Nanak Foundation School off Sular Road. It is easy enough to find once you are in the colony. We aren't a big firm with dozens of employees. It is just a few of us here making sure the building projects are moving along like they are supposed to. Having the school nearby means it gets a bit hectic when the kids are getting out, but otherwise, it is a quiet enough place to get things done. We spend a lot of our time out on the sites or sitting at the desk dealing with the various permits and plans. We don't have a big budget for ads or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people who live around here and have seen our projects. We try to be very practical about every job. If something is going to take longer because of a delay, we just tell people. There is no point in using corporate talk or making up excuses. We have been part of the Sular Road area for a good while now. The office is just a simple room that serves its purpose for our meetings. We just want to do a solid job on the work we take on. It means some long days, but that is the business we chose to be in. We are usually around if someone stops by.
