Our place is over in Patiala, specifically in Gurunanak Nagar. We are at House Number 1399/24 on Street Number 13. We are actually sharing the space care of Gurjit Singh and Jarnail Singh. It’s more of a home-based setup than a big industrial office. We’ve been operating from here for a while. Patiala is a nice city, much slower than places like Delhi or Mumbai. Our street is usually quiet, though you hear the occasional cow or a vegetable seller passing by. We do work for Nordson India from this small office. It’s basically just one room with a couple of tables and a filing cabinet that sticks a bit when you try to open it. We don't have any staff in uniforms or a lobby. It's just us doing the paperwork and making sure the orders are processed. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we have to be patient. We like being in a residential neighborhood because it feels more relaxed. You can walk to the local market in five minutes. We don't really do much in terms of marketing. Most people find us through word of mouth or old contacts. It is a simple way of doing business without too much overhead. We focus on the work and try to stay organized as much as we can in such a small space. It works for us and keeps the bills paid.
