Neo Fitness is situated on the 4th floor of the Global Business Park. We are right on the Ambala Highway in Zirakpur, just opposite the Metro Mall. It’s a good location because it’s easy to get to even if you’re coming in from Chandigarh. Since we are in a business park, we see a lot of people who work in the nearby offices. They usually pop in early in the morning or right after they clock out. Because of that, the gym has a bit of a professional but busy vibe. We have a fair amount of equipment spread out over the floor. It’s a bigger place than your average neighborhood gym. The elevators can be a bit slow during the peak office hours, so sometimes you have to wait a minute or two to get up here. We try to keep everything in working order, but machines do break down sometimes. We just get the repair guy in as soon as we can. We don't really do all that lifestyle marketing you see elsewhere. It’s just a place to train. The view from the 4th floor is pretty good, and you can watch the traffic on the highway while you do your cardio. It’s a straightforward setup for people who want a reliable place to work out. We don’t have any fancy juice bars, just a water cooler and some weights.
