Our shop is tucked away in Nattan Wali Gali, inside New Indra Market. If you know Shop No-14, that’s where you’ll find us. We’ve been operating out of Patiala for quite some time now. It’s a busy little area, especially during the day when everyone is out getting their supplies. We mostly deal with medicines and making sure the stock is ready for whoever needs it. It’s not a huge place, but we keep it organized so we can find things quickly. People usually come to us because they know we carry what they’re looking for. Dealing with medical supplies means staying on top of things, so we spend a lot of time checking boxes and making calls. The market can be noisy, but inside the shop, we just focus on the orders. We aren't doing anything fancy here. It’s just a medical agency trying to keep things moving. We deal with local doctors and regular folks alike. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when a big shipment arrives and we have to stack everything in the back. We try to be helpful and get people what they need without a lot of fuss. It’s a local business through and through. We know the neighbors and the other shopkeepers around here. Patiala is a good place to work, and being in the market keeps us right in the middle of everything. We just do our job every day.
