Midcot Construction Private Limited has its office at number 15 in the Khokhar Complex. That is located in the New Officers Colony area of Patiala. It’s a decent neighborhood and easy enough for people to find once they get into the colony. We are a construction firm that handles various projects around the city and the surrounding areas. We aren’t a huge company with a lot of layers or fancy departments. Usually, if you call the office, you’ll talk to one of the few of us who manage the daily operations. Patiala is a place with a lot of history, but there’s also a lot of new building going on in areas like New Officers Colony. We try to be a part of that by providing honest, hard work. We don’t use those polished marketing phrases you see on big city billboards. Instead, we just focus on the job at hand and try to stay within the budget and the timeline we were given. The Khokhar Complex is where we keep all our records and meet with people to discuss their building plans. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical office for a working construction crew. We’ve had some good years and some tough ones over time, but we’re still here doing what we know how to do. Most of our guys have been in the trade for a long time. We focus on showing up and getting the work done. That's our way.
