Kumar Harish Architect

Kumar Harish Architect is located at H.No.169 in Phase 5 of Saini Vihar. This is over in the Baltana area. It’s a residential neighborhood, so the office is basically part of a house. It makes for a very different atmosphere than being in a downtown high-rise. We have our workspace set up in a couple of the rooms there. It’s a bit of a walk from the main entrance of Saini Vihar to get to house number 169, but it’s a nice enough stroll. The area is usually full of the typical sounds of a neighborhood—kids playing or someone washing a car nearby. We’ve got our drawing boards and computers squeezed into the space we have. It’s not a huge setup, but it’s where all the work happens. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the paper and files, but we know where everything is. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room; you just come in and find us working. Most of our neighbors know what we do, and it’s a pretty friendly spot. We usually get started quite early in the morning before the day gets hot. Baltana can be a busy place, but our little corner in Phase 5 stays relatively calm. It’s just a simple, honest place to work on designs and handle the daily grind without any extra bells and whistles. The back room gets some good afternoon sun which makes it a nice spot.
