Kirrt Foundation

Our foundation is called Kirrt, and we are located at 58-B, Professor Enclave in Patiala. We are right opposite Punjabi University, which is a very busy part of town. It’s a good location because we get to see a lot of people. We aren't a big institution. We’re just a small team working out of an office in the enclave. We focus on community projects and helping out where we can. Because we’re so close to the university, we often have students dropping by to help or to ask for advice. We don't have a polished corporate look. Our office has mismatched furniture and piles of paper everywhere. We don't have a marketing team or a big budget for ads. We just do our work and let people find us. It’s a very casual environment. We don't have long speeches or big mission statements. We just try to be useful to the people in Patiala. Sometimes we’re working on education stuff, and other times it’s just general welfare. We make mistakes and things don't always go smoothly, but we're honest about it. We’ve been in Professor Enclave for a while now and we really like the community here. It’s a good place to be. People know where our sign is and they just walk right in when they need something.
